Honors College $2000.00 Summer Scholarship for Unpaid Internships

We offer this $2000.00 scholarship to students completing unpaid summer internships, to support living costs while interning. *Due to limited funding, there are limited awards. Students will need to provide a letter from the sponsoring organization (public, private, or non-profit) indicating their approval of the internship of at least 75 hours during the summer and the name and contact information of the internship supervisor. The internship must meet criteria for an Honors College Experience and once completed, be applied to the student’s Experiences. Students must be enrolled in at least one credit hour for summer and commit to present at the Fall ELF. If any requirements are not met following award, student is responsible for the funds. Applications due by May 1st.

Must be an Honors college student.
Must be in good standing
Must have a unpaid internship secured for the summer 2024 term
Scholarship Amount Varies up to $3,000
