1. The project title and name of advisor/mentor
2. A brief summary of the project
3. Whether the study has been approved by the IRB or if it is pending
4. Targeted start date
5. Targeted sample size
6. Form of compensation to the participants (e.g., cash, gift cards)
7. Total amount of compensation (in dollars) including how much of it is covered by other sources (e.g., mentor’s grant) and how much is still needed
