• Actively pursuing an MBA, MS Finance, or a Graduate Certificate with a focus in Real Estate finance and development.
• Min GPA 2.75 on 4.0 scale
• Personal statement of career goals in commercial real estate industry and desired location of employment upon graduation.
• Preference given to applicants interested in working in Bexar County and industry.
  Must be enrolled in one of the following:
• Graduate student enrolled full time
• Part time student employed full time
• A REFD certificate student enrolled in a graduate REFD program course.
