PREP Scholarship

Fall 2024 & Spring 2025 Semester

The scholarship shall be provided to undergraduate students enrolled on a full-time basis (minimum of 12 semester credit hours) actively pursuing an engineering or science degree at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).
2. Applicants must have declared a major in the Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design or College of Sciences.
3. The scholarship is not renewable beyond one academic year.
4. Application process requirements:
• Applicant must be accepted as a full-time student in the Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design at UTSA.
• Applicant must not have previously received a PREP scholarship from UTSA.
• Applicant must notify KCEID of their intent to seek a PREP scholarship award.
• Application must include a copy of the student’s PREP transcript demonstrating successful completion of the required number of PREP courses.

• Completed two years of PREP.
  • Application must include a short essay in response to the noted prompt and be sent to UTSA-PREP Scholarship committee.
