PREP Scholarship (KCEID)

I.The scholarship shall be provided to undergraduate students enrolled on a full-time basis(minimum of 12 semester credit hours) actively pursuing an engineering degree at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).
2.Applicants must have declared a major in the Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design.
3.The scholarship is not renewable beyond one academic year.
4.Application process requirements:•Applicant must be accepted as a full-time student in the Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design at UTSA.•Applicant must not have previously received a PREP scholarship from UTSA.•Applicant must notify KCEID of their intent to seek a PREP scholarship award.•Application must include a copy of the student’s PREP transcript demonstrating successful completion of the required number of PREP courses.•Application must include a short essay in response to the noted prompt and be sent to UTSA-PREP Scholarship committee.•The awards will be made based on a UTSA-PREP Scholarship Committee recommendation based on receipt of complete application in the UTSA Scholarship HUB.
