Minimum GPA 3.0 on 4.0 scale
Demonstrate financial need as determined by the University’s Office of Student Financial Aid.
Preference given to applicants who have an interest in pursuing a profession in real estate demonstrated through letter of recommendation from faculty member or professional who can attest to the applicant’s career-goals/interest in real estate.
