M. W. Cude Engineers Endowed Scholarship in Civil Engineering

  • Recipient(s) shall be junior or senior undergraduate or graduate students actively pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering in the College of Engineering at the University.
  • Preference will be given to student(s) who are pursuing or currently have a minor or secondary research interest in the College of Business.
  • Recipient(s) must be enrolled on a full-time basis (full-time as determined by the University). An exception to the full-time enrollment requirement may be made during the last semester of study prior to the recipient(s) graduation.
  • This scholarship will be disbursed in equal installments during the fall and spring semesters each year.
  • Recipient(s) must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (on a scale of 4.0) with a preference for a 3.2 cumulative grade point average or higher.
  • Preference will be given to students who are employed on either a part-time or full-time basis.
  • Preference will be given to students who are members of the University student chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
  • The number of recipients and amount of awards will be based on the amount of endowment distributions available.
