Bernard and Audre Rapoport Scholarship 

Must be a current undergraduate, first-time incoming freshmen or transfer student who have been admitted unconditionally to UTSA
Current students and transfer students must be in good academic standing
Must enroll full time except when recipient is in final semester and does not require 12 hours to graduate
Must enroll in at least 3 hours at the Downtown Campus in the first semester of award
Must demonstrate financial need as determined by Student Financial Aid
