Maria Lockwood Memorial Annual Scholarship
Maria Lockwood was a Ph.D. student who unfortunately passed away prior to receiving her degree. Faculty established this scholarship to honor her memory and her contributions to research. The scholarship is designed to be used for expenses related to presenting your research at local, state, and national conferences.
ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA
- Current Doctoral students, enrolled full-time (12+ credit hours/semester); in Year Three (Advanced to Candidacy) or above; Must be published and attended a professional conference
- Major: Molecular Microbiology and Immunology; Neuroscience; and Developmental and Regenerative Science
- GPA: cumulative 3.8+ (4.0 scale)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants must submit a budget for a project
- Applicants must submit a Statement of Purpose.
