Carroll and Marguerite Wheeler Foundation Annual Scholarship

*Must be an undergraduate student enrolled full-time each semester. An exception may be granted to the full-time enrollment requirement on a case-by-case basis when the student is not required to take a full course load to graduate, provided the student is enrolled in a minimum of part-time.
*Must be from counties to the south of San Antonio, including, but not limited to; McMullen, Atascosa, Live Oak, Frio, Wilson, Karnes and LaSalle.
