This scholarship aims to support full-time undergraduate students in the College of Business (ACOB) majoring in Real Estate Finance and Development (REFD). This scholarship reflects the SIOR South Texas Chapter’s dedication to fostering the next generation of commercial real estate professionals, supporting students who excel academically and are driven to succeed in the industry.
