UTSA Graduate Competitive Scholarship for the College of Education and Human Development - Doctoral
Criteria:
 • Must be admitted to College of Education and Human Development graduate program, without admission conditions
 • Student must be in good academic standing
 • GPA Requirements:
      o Continuing/current Doctoral student: Overall UTSA GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Doctoral Criteria:
 • Submit a one-page outline of how these funds will help you complete your degree in a timely fashion, your planned research and writing activity associated with the scholarship funds. 
 •	Continuing/current Doctoral student:
    o Evaluated/Assessed by College and Department:  Credit hours earned and timely progress towards degree according to Program of Study.  Preference given to applicants that are ABD (all but dissertation).
