Ernest F. Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship - National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This scholarship program provides awards such as academic assistance for full-time students, 10-week full-time paid summer internship at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and a second scholarship for full-time students who qualify. Students will experience hands on training in NOAA-related science, research, technology, policy, management, and education activities.
Award: Maximum of $9,500 for academic assistance; paid full-time internship at $700 per week; a second scholarship opportunity with $9,500 for academic assistance
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Sophomores only
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (Cumulative, Semester, and Major)
- Seeking a major in mathematics, engineering, computer science, information science, biology, social and physical sciences, or teacher education
