UTSA Graduate Competitive Scholarship for the College of Education and Human Development - Doctoral

Criteria:
 • Must be admitted to College of Education and Human Development graduate program, without admission conditions
 • Student must be in good academic standing
 • GPA Requirements:
      o New Doctoral student: Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
      o Continuing/current Doctoral student: Overall UTSA GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Doctoral Criteria:
 • Submit a one-page outline of your planned research and writing activity associated with the scholarship funds.
 • Note that should you be awarded the scholarship, you will need to submit a specific piece of work related to their statement at the end of the semester. (Instructions provided upon awarding of scholarship.)
 • New Doctoral student:
   o Submit Research background
 • Continuing/current Doctoral student:
    o Evaluated/Assessed by College and Department: Credit hours earned and timely progress towards degree according to Program of Study
    o One letter of recommendation from current graduate program.
