  • Must have graduated from a high school in Bexar County, Texas.
  • Must demonstrate financial need ad determined by the University.
  • Preference is given to students participating in the UTeachSA program.
  • If no applicants are participating in the UTeachSA, preference shifts to students pursuing a degree in education or a related field.
