The Gary Sinise Foundation Valor Scholarship in Honor of Mac Sinise
The Gary Sinise Foundation Valor Scholarship supports eligible students at The University of Texas at San Antonio who are utilizing, or are eligible for, Chapter 35 Dependents’ Educational Assistance (DEA) benefits through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This scholarship is designed for the spouses and children of veterans or service members who are permanently and totally disabled due to a service-connected disability, died in the line of duty, or died as a result of a service-connected disability. Scholarship funds may be used to help address unmet educational expenses, including tuition, housing, books, supplies, and other educational costs.
