Judith A. Walmsley Endowed Graduate Program Fund in Chemistry
The Judith A. Walmsley Endowed Graduate Program Fund in Chemistry honors outstanding graduate students in the UTSA Department of Chemistry for excellence in their academic work, research, and overall performance. Established by Dr. Judith Walmsley, who served as a professor in the Department of Chemistry for 23 years, the fund provides awards that recognize graduate student achievement in the field of chemistry. Students receiving the award will be named Judith A. Walmsley Scholars.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Major: Chemistry
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Successfully passed the DRP and been admitted to Ph.D. candidacy in Chemistry.
In addition to uploading all materials into the Scholarship hub, email all materials to chemistry@utsa.edu, subject line “FIRST NAME LAST NAME SCHOLARSHIP TITLE” with appropriately named documents.
