Martha Mangum Endowed Fund Scholarship
The Martha Mangum Endowed Fund Scholarship supports students in the College of Business (ACOB) pursuing studies in the Real Estate Finance and Development (REFD) program, fostering their academic and professional growth in the real estate industry. This scholarship provides financial assistance to help recipients achieve their career aspirations in real estate.

Eligibility Criteria
Enrollment Status:
Undergraduate student enrolled full-time (12 or more credit hours), OR
Graduate student enrolled full-time (6 or more credit hours), OR
Part-time graduate student employed full-time, OR
Certificate student currently enrolled in the graduate Real Estate Finance and Development (REFD) program.
GPA: Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Application Requirement: Must submit a personal statement addressing:
Career aspirations in the real estate field,
The importance of networking,
Understanding of legislative influence over the real estate industry.
Majors: Real Estate Finance and Development (REFD).
