The Martha Mangum Endowed Fund Scholarship supports students in the College of Business (ACOB) enrolled in the Real Estate Finance and Development (REFD) program. It provides financial assistance to foster academic excellence and professional growth in the real estate industry.

Classification: Undergraduate, Graduate, or Certificate students
Enrollment Status:
Undergraduate: Full-time
Graduate: Full-time OR part-time if employed full-time
Certificate: Enrolled in the graduate REFD program
GPA: 3.0+
Open to Majors: Real Estate Finance and Development (REFD)
Application Requirement: Personal statement addressing:
-Career aspirations in real estate
-The importance of networking
-Understanding of legislative influences on the industry
