This scholarship aims to support undergraduate or graduate students in the College of Business (ACOB) pursuing Construction Management or Real Estate Finance and Development (REFD), providing financial assistance for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters to help recipients achieve academic and professional goals.

Enrollment Status: Full-time
GPA: 2.5+
Open to Majors: Construction Management, Real Estate Finance and Development (REFD), or successor program
Other Criteria: Must have completed at least 60 semester credit hours
