The Davis Equity Realty Annual Scholarship supports full-time undergraduate students in the Real Estate Finance and Development (REFD) program who demonstrate financial need and a commitment to a career in real estate. This scholarship is for recipients who want to advance their educational and professional goals in the real estate industry.

Eligibility Criteria
Enrollment Status: Must be a full-time undergraduate student studying Real Estate Finance and Development (REFD).
GPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
Financial Need: Must demonstrate financial need.
Career Interest: Preference for students who aspire to pursue a career in real estate, as demonstrated through a letter of recommendation.
