Recipient(s) must:
- be enrolled as a full-time (minimum of 12 credit hours) undergraduate pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering
- have completed 60 semester credit hours in the engineering program
- submit a letter describing financial need, future ambitions, previous awards and participation in community and civic affairs
