•Must be a resident of Texas
•Must be degree seeking
•Undergraduates must enroll for a minimum of 6 semester hours; graduate students must enroll for a minimum of 5 semester hours
•Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale)
•Must demonstrate financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
