Scholarship Description
This scholarship aims to support graduate students pursuing an MBA, MS in Finance, or a Graduate Certificate with a focus on Real Estate Finance and Development (REFD), fostering academic excellence and professional development in commercial real estate.

Eligibility
Classification: Graduate or Certificate REFD program
Enrollment Status: Full-time, OR part-time employed full-time, OR certificate student in REFD
GPA: 2.75+
Open to Majors: MBA, MS in Finance, or Graduate Certificate with REFD focus
Other Criteria: Submit a statement outlining career goals in commercial real estate
Preference given to students starting careers in Bexar County or active in REFD professional organizations
