The Walter M. Embrey, Jr. Endowed Research Fellowship in REFD Program supports graduate students in the College of Business (ACOB) majoring in Real Estate Finance and Development (REFD). This fellowship provides financial assistance for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters to help recipients advance their research and professional goals in the real estate industry.
