The Dianna Lynn Tidwell Endowed Scholarship

Undergraduate Junior and Senior students actively pursuing an Interdisciplinary Studies (IDS) degree with a concentration in Generic Special Education
Must be enrolled full-time; this requirement is waived for the clinical teaching semester
Must be a graduate of a high school located in the state of Texas
Applicants must have applied or admitted to the COEHD Teacher Certification Program
Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0
Priority given to graduates of a high School in Bexar County
Recipient must be in good standing
Preference shall be given to students who demonstrate financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
Applicants must submit a letter to the Tidwell Scholarship Committee as to their dedication to the teaching profession and their commitment to students with disabilities.
